羅文笙教授【歐盟對外關係專題】校外參訪 Field Trip to Taipei: Master’s Students Engage with European Diplomats in Taipei — 5 June 2026 (Friday)

本系羅文笙(Vincent Rollet)教授帶領所教授【歐盟對外關係專題】碩士班課程的學生，於2026年6月5日前往台北，與駐台北法國代表處及駐台北比利時辦事處官員進行交流會晤。
藉此次訪問，學生與訪問機構針對歐盟成員國與台灣關係進行廣泛討論，議題涵蓋文化、貿易、安全、教育、數位事務、環境、法律與領事事務、公共衛生，以及研究與發展等多個領域。
本次交流成果豐碩，學生得以深入了解歐盟成員國在台灣的角色，並有機會與歐洲外交實務工作者直接互動，進一步強化學術學習與外交實務之間的連結。

Within the framework of the GIES course on EU Foreign Policy taught by Prof. Vincent Rollet, Master’s students enrolled in this course, as well as students attending the course on “Global Governance and International Regimes,” had the privilege of meeting diplomats and officers from the French Office in Taipei and the Belgian Office in Taipei on June 5th, 2026.
The visit provided an opportunity for a wide-ranging discussion on relations between EU Member States and Taiwan, covering key areas including culture, trade, security, education, digital affairs, environment, legal and consular matters, public health, and research and development.
The exchange was highly constructive and offered students valuable first-hand insight into the role of EU Member States in Taiwan. It also enabled meaningful interaction with practitioners of European diplomacy, thereby strengthening the link between academic learning and diplomatic practice.
