羅文笙教授【歐盟對外關係專題】校外參訪 Field Trip to Taipei: Meeting with European Representatives in Taiwan — 6 June 2025 (Friday)
As part of the GIES course on the EU’s Foreign Policy, Master’s students accompanied by Prof. Vincent Rollet had the privilege of meeting with diplomats and officiers at the European Economic and Trade Office (EETO) as well as with the Head of the Taiwan Office of the European Values Center for Security Policy. The visit provided an opportunity to engage in a wide-ranging discussion on EU-Taiwan relations, covering areas such as trade, security, education, the environment, legal and consular matters, public health, and research.
The exchange was highly constructive and enabled the students to gain deeper insight into the role of the EU and its Member States in Taiwan, while also offering a valuable opportunity to interact with practitioners of European diplomacy.
 

羅文笙教授【歐盟對外關係專題】課程校外參訪
2025年6月6日（星期五），在【歐盟對外關係專題】課程的框架下，歐洲研究碩士班學生由羅文笙教授帶領，前往台北進行校外參訪。學生們有幸拜訪了歐洲經貿辦事處（EETO）的外交人員，以及歐洲價值安全政策中心台灣辦公室的主任，深入討論歐盟與台灣之間在貿易、安全、教育、環境、法律與領事事務、公共衛生及科研等多個領域的合作與關係。
本次座談氣氛熱絡、交流深入，不僅讓學生們對歐盟及其成員國在台灣的角色有了更全面的認識，也提供了與歐洲外交實務工作者面對面互動的寶貴機會。
