One of Chamber of Commerce and Industry France Taiwan (CCIFT) member, A leading international high-technology group with three core businesses in Aerospace, defence and Security is looking for the following talent.

 

Position: Suppliers Quality Assurance Engineer

 

Remarks:

·          Fluent in FRENCH is a MUST!

·          At least 5 years of working experience in business related field.

·          Based in Kaoshiung

·          Engineering or Aerospace experience is NOT mandatory. WILLING TO LEARN ATTITUDE is a MUST.

·          Must be able to travel to France few times per year.

 

POSITION SUMMARY

·      Has for main objectives : Improve the Quality of supplied products & promote “zero defect” policy

·      Is in charge of Taiwanese suppliers for the Center of Excellence Compressors Blades & Fan

·      Works closely with suppliers and internal teams dedicated to New Product Industrialization in accordance with own requirements for suppliers   

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

·       Manage Suppliers in order to obtain relevant causal analysis (root cause & non detection cause) with 8D report

·       Ensure actions implemented and internal report

·       Perform Process & Product Audit to Suppliers

·       After Process & Product Audit follow corrective actions plan & continuous improvement plan

·       Works closely with suppliers and internal teams dedicated to New Product Industrialization in accordance with own requirements

·       Anticipate risks associated with changes – obtain risk analyses from suppliers, criticize them and follow suppliers risk reduction plan

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES – Education/Knowledge/Skills

·       Experience in Suppliers Quality Assurance

·       Experience in Quality Tools (8D, AMDEC, 5 Whys, Risk Analysis, …)

·       Excellent oral and written communication skills (French and English)

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook

·       Technical knowledge related to the definition, production appreciated
Knowledge of methodological tools LEAN / SIGMA appreciated

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

 

While performing the duties of this job the employee is:

·       Regularly required travel in France

·       Daily works and contact the Quality team based in France

·       The work is performed in a plant environment and also in Taiwanese suppliers environment
